Nashville and Middle Tennessee at standard rates. We take projects across Tennessee by contract; for sites farther from Nashville a travel fee may apply, always stated in the estimate.

Yes. Dynamika People is fully licensed, bonded and insured. We provide a certificate of insurance and W-9 for your project file on request.

Per square foot, by phase (rough, final, touch-up), adjusted for the project type, site condition, number of floors and access, and the schedule. Larger contracts and multi-phase projects get better per-square-foot rates. See typical ranges on our pricing page.

Rough clean after major trades, final clean before inspection and owner walk, and a touch-up / punch-list clean after punch trades or before opening. Each is scoped and priced separately; most projects book rough + final.

We bring all equipment and standard cleaning chemicals. Owner-specified or specialty products, dumpsters or haul-off if none is on site, and aerial lifts for high reach are priced separately as a supplies or equipment fee.

Not within our normal Middle Tennessee radius. For projects farther out, a travel fee may apply depending on distance, crew size and contract length. It is always included in the written estimate, never added afterwards.

Yes. Phased turnovers by floor, building or unit block, and after-hours work, are normal for commercial projects. Tell us the schedule when you request the estimate.

For most commercial projects, yes. Send the plans and scope first; we will confirm whether a site walkthrough is needed and schedule it with your superintendent.

We do a punch-list walk with your team on every phase. Anything found is fixed before we leave; anything reported within 24 hours after sign-off is corrected at no charge.

Per phase or per milestone, as agreed in the contract. Net terms are available for general contractors and developers with approved credit.
