Post-construction cleaning is done in phases
Each phase has its own scope and its own price. Most commercial projects book Rough + Final; larger projects add a Touch-up before the owner walk.
Rough clean
After drywall, paint and major trades. Removal of construction debris, packaging, labels and film; sweep and vacuum of all surfaces; wipe-down of horizontal surfaces so finish trades can work on a clean site.

Final clean
The detail clean before inspection, certificate of occupancy and owner walk. Every surface, top to bottom, following our final clean checklist.
- Fine dust removal: walls, ceilings, vents, fixtures
- Glass, frames, tracks, mirrors
- Restrooms sanitized, floors machine-finished
- Inside cabinets, closets, appliances
- HEPA vacuum of carpets
Touch-up / punch-list clean
After punch-list trades, furniture delivery or right before the grand opening. Light detail pass to bring the space back to final-clean condition.
- Re-detail high-touch surfaces & glass
- Spot-clean floors, walls, fixtures
- Remove punch-list dust and residue
- Final walk with your superintendent
Final clean checklist
- Remove stickers, labels and protective film
- Detail-clean all glass, windows, frames and tracks (interior + exterior where reachable)
- Wipe down walls, ceilings, ledges, ductwork and light fixtures
- Vacuum and damp-wipe inside cabinets, closets and shelving
- Clean and sanitize all restrooms and fixtures
- Scrub, mop and machine-finish hard floors
- Vacuum carpets with HEPA equipment
- Detail doors, hardware, switches, outlets and trim
- Remove all construction dust from HVAC grilles and returns
- Clean stairwells, elevators and common areas
- Exterior entry, sidewalks and loading areas
- Final punch-list walk with your superintendent

- After-hours or holiday work where required by the site
Travel
Our base is Nashville. Projects across Middle Tennessee are quoted at standard rates. For projects farther out, a travel fee may apply depending on distance, crew size and contract length — always stated in the estimate, never added later.
Statewide and multi-site contracts are welcome; we staff and schedule per project.
